Next Tuesday Productions produces filming notices for extremely specific tv scenes — often fever dream sequences within the "Sex and the City" universe. 

These notices are posted in various NYC locales, especially along the "Sex and the City" tour route. 

On July 25, 2024, the New York City Media and Entertainment Office commented: "[We] can neither confirm nor deny that Garfield, Mr. Bean and Fletcher Reede were named as characters on any permits issued by this office.”
